What we found
- The venue is the biggest single cost. Ceremony venue hire runs A$1,400–17,700, with A$7,100 typical. A whole private villa is about A$11,800 for two nights plus the event.
- Catering is the cost that grows with your guest list. Dinner runs A$37–74 per guest.
- Flowers and decor have the widest range, from about A$1,000 to A$16,000.
- Photography and the celebrant are the smallest costs: typical A$1,100 and A$600.
- Most Bali vendors include tax in their prices. Hotels and resorts are the exception, often adding tax and service on top (“++”).
- No Bali wedding planner we checked publishes current fees. We’re collecting quotes.
