How does the free planner work?
You add the vendors you’re working with, then log each job, deposit and payment on a simple timeline.
Pick your categories. Tick the vendors you need, from venue hire to celebrant. Add or remove them any time.
Add each job. Enter the vendor's name, the total price and any deposit. The deposit shows as a $ on the timeline.
Log payments and notes. Add each payment as you make it, and notes like "site visit 14 Nov". Tap any marker to see the details.
Mark it paid in full. A green $$ shows the vendor is paid. Then rate them out of 5, privately or for other couples.

What do you need to book, and in what order?
Book your date and venue first, because every other vendor’s availability depends on them.
- Choose your month (the best month to marry in Bali).
- Decide on a legal or symbolic ceremony (can you legally marry in Bali?).

- Each payment you make, with its date.
- Notes from calls and site visits.

Yes. Only you can see your planner. We don't share your amounts or notes. Ratings you choose to make public may be shown on a vendor's page, with your first name.
